I need a little help on creating a sewing pattern

Hey everyone, I need a little help on making a pattern for a dog stuffed animal. I really want to make a Mr. Peabody plush and I have the colors and thread and stuffing I need. I just need a little help on the pattern. I want to make him in this kind of vintage dog stuffed animal like this ( but with a longer body and muzzle)

(more like the first one)

Now I know how to do the shape for the head, ears, and body ( more or less, a rough idea of it)

it’s the under belly and the middle of the face I need help with

I don’t know what shape to draw them. I have searched only but finding little help and the closest thing I can find is a pattern to a deer stuffed animal

Fawn pony pattern plushie softie

if you can help me out, it would be great
